Things to keep in mind when requesting a possible repair date.
We are a busy repair shop and try to meet all our customers requests. Our shop may be full and depending on the severity of your vehicles repair the dates may have to be adjusted to meet our goals of 100% customer satisfaction.
Like everyone else we are limited to required parts availability. Any delay in repair will result in and immediate notification to you, with the expected new date of completion. (depending on parts being delivered.
If we do not think we can meet your goals, we will refer you to another competent repair facility that may be able to meet your required date/time-line. We would prefer you get your vehicle repaired and returned to you in a timely manner, rather then waiting on us to have space/time. However we would prefer that you give us the opportunity to prove to you our service is more then worth a little wait time. Below is a list of other locally owned and operated shops we use at no extra cost to our customers to ensure we can meet our goal.
We can tow your vehicle for you if required. Call us and we will come retrieve your vehicle and give you a ride home after we discuss required repairs and dates.
